For years, everyone was able to read the entire Down the Block anthology online for free, and I got thousands of hits at Scribd (where the full preview was uploaded). For some reason, Scribd obscured the book, i.e., it’s not really available there publicly (even though I was one of the early adopters, but I guess they don’t care about that).

However, at least for now, there is a full preview at this link or at the Metrofiction site.
